Juan Ignacio holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he received honors on his bar exam. He also holds a specialization in Labor Law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the same institution. In addition, he is a Specialist in Constitutional Law and Amparo Proceedings from the National School of Judicial Training of the Federal Judiciary, where he has also received specialized training in human rights and in civil, commercial, and administrative law.

Over the course of more than sixteen years in the workforce, he has built a solid career in the public sector, particularly within the judicial bodies that make up the Federal Judiciary. In this field, he has held various positions, including those of Court Clerk, Court Reporter, and Secretary of the Circuit Collegiate Court, as well as of Regional Plenary Sessions in Civil and Administrative Matters. Thanks to his commitment, experience, and leadership skills, he has been appointed Acting Clerk of the Circuit Judge’s Office, assuming responsibility for covering the absences of those officials.

His practice focuses on the study, analysis, and handling of highly complex amparo litigation related to civil, commercial, administrative, and tax matters, with a special emphasis on the protection and defense of human rights. This experience enables him to help design and implement robust legal strategies for domestic and international individuals and companies, aimed at safeguarding the continuity and security of their operations in Mexico.
