Iván is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he graduated with the thesis 'Unconstitutionality and Inconvenience of the Current Regulation on Confessional Evidence and/or Party Statement in Civil and Commercial Proceedings'. He is a lawyer with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, specializing in the design of procedural strategies and the management of judicial proceedings in various instances. Throughout his career, he has acquired a deep knowledge in the elaboration of lawsuits, appeals, amparo suits and everything related to the defense in ordinary and special trials.
In the commercial area, in addition to having experience in ordinary and special trials before the traditional or oral system, he has experience in bankruptcy proceedings, participating in the structuring and monitoring of these processes before the courts, ensuring the adequate representation of his clients' interests in insolvency scenarios.
