Enrique is a lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he received honors in his professional exam. He has a Master's degree in Health Law and Bioethics from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, as well as complementary training in constitutional protection, human rights, and intellectual property.

He has more than fifteen years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has been part of nationally renowned law firms and has participated in complex, highly specialized matters representing international companies. He has also held various positions within the Federal Judiciary, including Secretary of the Collegiate Circuit Court, Secretary of the District Court, and Secretary of the Circuit Plenary.

His professional practice focuses on administrative and constitutional litigation, with special emphasis on intellectual property, health law, tax-constitutional law, human rights, state liability, as well as the resolution of civil, commercial, and labor disputes. He has successfully defended intellectual property rights and health registrations, as well as implemented legal strategies for international companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, contributing to the continuity and protection of their operations in Mexico.

He has a solid track record in strategic litigation and amparo proceedings, where he has obtained favorable rulings in matters of constitutional relevance and high economic and social impact, particularly in issues of gender, equality, and the right to physical culture and sports.
